Two cushion-shaped aquamarines, cool and clear, set into warm 18K yellow gold. Kimberly Collins built these around that contrast on purpose, blue against gold, soft corners against a clean geometric outline, but not a typical round stud. The matte satin finish on the gold keeps the whole thing understated rather than glossy, which lets the aquamarines do most of the impressing.
At about a quarter inch, these sit close to the ear and stay there, secured with friction posts and backs that are built for actual daily wear, not just photo shoots. Wear them alone for something quiet, or work them into a curated ear with a few other studs if your collection has grown past the one-pair stage (no judgment, we have all been there).

FAQ
Are these earrings good for everyday wear?
Yes. Their small scale and secure friction backs make them an easy pair to reach for daily.
What shape are the gemstones?
Cushion-shaped, which means softly rounded corners on a roughly square outline, a little less expected than a standard round cut.
Who designed these earrings?
Kimberly Collins, whose work we curate alongside more than 80 other artisanal designers here at Alara.
Will the aquamarine's color look exactly the same in person?
Aquamarine's cool blue can read slightly differently depending on your screen. In person, expect the same crisp tone with a bit more clarity and depth than a photo can hold.
