Featuring blue cubic zirconia "petals" + a white cubic zirconia center in a flower shape (5mm diameter = approx. 1/5") to simulate diamond & sapphire, which is the September birthstone. Crafted in 14K yellow gold and equipped with safety push-on backs that don't poke behind the ear.
